These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Rentsy operated by PreciselyAgile Labs Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

Rentsy is a peer-to-peer rental marketplace that connects item owners with renters. By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation

2. Item Listings

When listing items for rent, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to rent the items
• All information provided about items is accurate
• Items are safe and in the condition described
• You will honor the rental terms agreed upon

3. Trust-Based Pricing

Rentsy uses TrustClub integration to calculate trust scores between users. Rental prices are automatically adjusted based on these trust relationships. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this pricing mechanism.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Rentsy, you are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring items are returned in the same condition
• Communicating honestly with other users
• Resolving disputes directly with other users
• Paying all fees associated with rentals

5. Platform Role

Rentsy acts solely as a platform to connect owners and renters. We are not a party to rental agreements between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We do not handle physical items or manage actual rental transactions.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• List illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to manipulate trust scores
• Use the Service for commercial spam or solicitation

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreciselyAgile Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PreciselyAgile Labs Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
